A versatile crop that has become a Cartwheel customer favourite. We grow crops in spring and fall. Kohlrabi is one of the first veggies we have available and one of the last! We have been striving to find the “perfect” varieties for our growing conditions. This year, we will be offering both green and white varieties. In both cases, we have selected to avoid hard skin and dry and woody flesh. We are proud to be known for crisp, long-lasting kohlrabi. They are equally delicious for coleslaws and other fresh eating as are do for frying, roasting, and purees.
