2O24 CARTWHEEL PRODUCE DELIVERIES
This will be our 1Oth season harvesting the best of what our fields have to offer and delivering it directly to our customers. Each week, we hand pick a good variety of vegetables for you. Deliveries may also include herbs and, on occaision, fruit. As the season unfolds and what is growing changes, so does the selection. Deliveries come with fun, easy recipes for inspiration and a note from the field. Signing up for the season is a way to support our farm and get a better value for your money.

Signing up for the season brings us stability and gives you a savings compared to shopping with us at the Farmers’ Market. What we offer is reasonably priced compared with grocery store pricing.

- Weekly $34/delivery- Your best value! Our thanks for your commitment.
- Bi-weekly $36/delivery

- We also offered the option to pay in two instalments.
- If you would like to explore another payment option, we are open to conversation. Please reach out.
What if I have a food allergy… or very strong dislike?
We cannot fully customize orders to taste, but we know that people eat for their own health. If you have allergies or produce that you don’t want to receive, just let us know and we will see if we can plan for substitutions.
What if I am away or don’t need a week’s veggies?
We understand! We offer the option to skip a week and then double up later on. We can also arrange to have your delivery made to a neighbour. Donating the worth of your delivery to our Sharing Fund is another option. This helps us to flow food to where there is need in the community. We ask that you let us know at least 3 days in advance. Filling out the simple form on our website or sending an email is all we need to start planning with you.
What if I decide to cancel mid-season?
We are in this together. At Cartwheel Farm we don’t just grow food. We grow food for you. We can plan for the season, plant, tend, and harvest knowing that what we grow will go from our fields to your table. Our commitment to you is a full season of produce. Your commitment to us is a full season of patronage.
We have only had a handful of mid-season cancellations since starting our delivery program. Our cancellation policy considers 25% of your payment to be a non-refundable deposit, which we may keep if you choose to cancel.
Policy aside, we appreciate your support and understand that life happens. We always do our best to accommodate individual circumstances.
We respectfully acknowledge that Cartwheel Farm rests upon the ʔamakʔis Yaqan nuʔkiy – the traditional and unceded territory of the Yaqan nuʔkiy people (Lower Kootenay Band). This farm is in a place that the Yaqan nuʔkiy have called home since time immemorial. We are deeply grateful to be present here. We seek to express that gratitude by farming with reverence for our neighbours, those who came before us, and those who will follow.
